Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Piedra, operated by Worthunion int'l agency inc, 23880 Copper Hill Drive, Valencia, CA 91354, United States. By using Piedra, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Piedra helps contractors capture project details, scan rooms, organize photos and plans, create drafts, visualize work, prepare estimates, quotes, and invoices, and manage project workflows.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and project information.
- Use the app only for lawful business and project purposes.
- Get any consent the law requires before recording a conversation or sharing a client’s information in the app.
- Maintain responsibility for your construction, pricing, safety, code, permit, legal, financial, and engineering decisions.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or backend systems.
AI Outputs Are Drafts
AI features may send project details, photos, plans, measurements, voice recordings, prompts, and other content to OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic to generate responses. AI outputs are drafts and may be inaccurate. Review and verify outputs before using them for construction, quotes, safety, code, permit, legal, financial, or engineering decisions.
Account And Workspace Data
You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing access to any workspace you own or administer. When you delete your account, you have a 30-day recovery period; after it, your personal account data and workspaces you own alone are deleted. Business records in shared workspaces stay with the workspace to preserve other users' data, and some records may be retained where the law requires.
Fees And Payments
Piedra is currently free to use. We do not currently offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. We may add paid features in the future with notice before any charge applies.
When online card payment is offered on a quote or invoice, your client's payment is processed by Stripe, and Stripe's terms apply to that transaction.
Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of your project content. You grant Piedra the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and generate outputs from your content to provide and support the app. The app, software, branding, and related technology remain owned by Worthunion int'l agency inc or its licensors.
Disclaimers
Piedra is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that outputs, measurements, estimates, renders, plans, supplier information, or recommendations will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular project. You are responsible for professional review and field verification.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worthunion int'l agency inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, project delays, or business interruption arising from your use of Piedra.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded Piedra from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
Termination
You may stop using Piedra at any time and can delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the app unlawfully.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
