Permit sheets, assembled inside Revit

The Piedra Permit Agent is a Revit add-in that turns your captured jobs into permit-ready drawing sets — from a docked pane in Revit 2025, 2026, and 2027.

Permit Agent for Revit

One download, one double-click. Setup checks what your PC already has, adds only what's missing, and never asks for administrator rights.

Private beta: the download requires a GitHub account that has been granted access. By installing you agree to the end-user terms & third-party notices, which Setup also shows before installing.

Before you install

Close Revit first

Setup writes Revit add-in files and will not touch them while Revit is running. Save your work and close every Revit window, then run Setup.

Expect a SmartScreen notice

Beta builds are not yet code-signed, so Windows shows "Windows protected your PC". Click More info, then Run anyway. Verify the SHA-256 above if you want certainty about what you downloaded.

No admin rights needed

Everything installs per-user. Nothing is written to Program Files, and uninstalling from Windows Settings removes what Setup added — never the tools you installed yourself.

Setup completes the toolchain

Private copies of Node.js and uv ship inside the app's own folder. Microsoft WebView2 and pyRevit are installed only if your PC doesn't have them — if they're already there, Setup leaves them completely alone.

Requirements

Operating systemWindows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit
Autodesk Revit2025, 2026, or 2027
pyRevit6.0 or later — downloaded from pyRevitLabs and installed automatically when absent
InternetNeeded during install only when a prerequisite is missing

If a pyRevit is already installed in a form Setup cannot safely version-check, Setup stops before writing anything and tells you exactly what to do — it never upgrades or reconfigures a pyRevit you set up yourself.
